I have high anxiety at the Dentist office and I was able to complete the task for the visit because of their compassion, kindness and encouragement. I went to Dr. Lee for a cleaning and was talked into getting invisalign. $6000+ for top and bottom a few years ago. Invisalign works great, however Dr. Lee did not monitor my progress as he should have. He and his staff are very friendly, always giving compliments. After several weeks of going, I noticed my teeth were shifting in a slant to one side. I asked Dr. Lee about it and he said not to worry. Had he been monitoring as he should have, because I showed up on all scheduled visits, I should not have been required to have the shift reversed to straightened my teeth, which caused me to have to see him for an additional 22 weeks. I felt that once you've paid your money, the attention is no longer there as it should be since you have to pay the full amount upfront. There were a few other issues I had to address with him as well, concerning the straightening of my teeth... the wire retainer broke a couple times and had to be repaired, there's more, but I'll leave it here. I like the office and the practice, my advise is to stay on top of your progress and point out your concerns at all times if you get the invisalign from Dr. Lee.
